ABOUT THE ROLE
Pixalate is looking for an IT Coordinator to administer and maintain user systems globally and support our office located in McLean, VA. The IT Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, managing and maintaining Pixalate’s computer systems, and networks, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. This role will work closely with Operations and HR to support employee’s connectivity both remotely and in office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The IT Coordinator is responsible for:
- Equipment ordering, set up, and shipping
- Maintaining an accurate account of equipment inventory
- Coordinating with outside vendors for equipment maintenance
- Troubleshooting equipment both remotely and in-office, including laptops, printers, routers, phones, etc.
- Working knowledge of JAMF, Microsoft, Adobe, JIRA
- New employee tech setup and training, including: setting up company accounts such as email, groups, logins, and passwords; phone set up (as necessary); set up and programming of laptop with pre-installed platforms; setup digital property keycard access
- Security set up
QUALIFICATION
- 2+ years experience in IT support, supporting both on-site and remote users
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Working knowledge of JAMF, Microsoft, Adobe, JIRA
